USS Almayer Lacks Proper Cleaning Equipment- Bug Form

Moved from Suggestion page to Bug reports on request of: Feweh

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):

The USS Almayer doesn't contain the necessary tools for cleaning the ship. Even space cleaner seems very void except for some in the medical department. I suggest that a proper room and array of utensils (Janicart, Trash Bags, Space Cleaner, Cleaner Grenades, Buckets, Mops) be implemented to accommodate for the rather dirty crew members.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):

Our brand new ship is quite the looker if I do say so myself, wouldn't we want to keep it that way?

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):

By adding in proper equipment AND a room to house supplies, it would enable Maintenance Technicians, Military Policemen, and even Janitors Sanitation Experts to properly dispose of waste products and avoid walking around a literal bloody mess.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):

For the lower portion of the ship, I could think of two possible areas that could be renovated into proper Janitor tool sheds.

This area is located south of the Canteen which can be very beneficial due to the nature of how some marines chow down and split.
It's also relatively close to the Engineering department which is convenient for Maintenance Technicians to get to relatively quick and easily in the event of a Sanitary Catastrophe.
Outfitting this room with more tables and supplies plus a water tank wouldn't be very difficult and wouldn't jeopardize the compact nature of the room.

This area is located Northwest of the Medical department and is a small walk closer to the Security department.
This room is currently vacant and serves no purpose. (Unless there are future intentions)
PERSONALLY I would find that this room would be perfectly suitable for a Sanitation Engineers Headquarters equipped with locker(s), multiple carts, uniforms, lockers, even a few computers such as a station monitoring system. While this claim isn't likely, it's what my past experience as the role leads me to dream about.

As for the top deck

I can possibly see the two small rooms (One Located In the Northeast Portion and another across from it in the Southeast Portion of the ship) with small assortments of Janitorial equipment however I can see them as being better utilized with emergency/firefighting equipment.
► Show Spoiler
A large benefit about having a Janitor Closet/HQ on the top deck is that there is plenty available room to be added onto the existing perimeter of the upper half.

While having two separate (Even if small) rooms on both decks would be optimal and appreciated, having at least one would be beneficial to the crew in the long run.
Thank you for reading and your consideration, Cub Johnson
