Predator Cloak Bug Upon Death

Bug Description:
When I was playing predator earlier today, I was shot by a SADAR HE missile while cloaked. This put me in deep crit and I died, stayed in body, came back later (30 mins or so) and I was still cloaked on the ground at the same power level.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Big Red
2.Cloak
3.Get shot by SADAR HE directly and die.
4.Wait for death and constant cloaking.

Today when a pred got face hugged, was cloaked and died from chest burst he too remained cloaked. Perhaps death upon being cloaked is the bug?
