Unable to click on half of the character sprite while down.

Bug Description:
It seems it's quite bugged for me at least where if someone is laying down, one half of the character is unclickable, even though you can clearly see it and hover over them.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Lay down.
2.Hover over the lower side of the character sprite.
3.See how you won't be able to click on them unless it's the top half.

This bug been happening to all Bay's codebase... especially in my code project... I have no idea what's going on.

As far as I can tell, at least what I've seen, resting isn't working properly. So your icon lies down, but the actual hitbox stays the same as if you were still standing up. (Unless I am thinking of a different bug?)

So you can click where your icon would be if it was standing up and it would interact with it as normal. (Like, middle of your lying down sprite plus upwards a little is what I am talking about.)

I also had this problem when first stable version of BYOND 511 was released, I reverted to 510 for a while before supposed hotfix on BYOND 511 was released, not a problem since then. Are you using latest version of BYOND 511.1381?

This is what I was facing early on as a medic back when it was Sulaco.

The hitboxes was like the feet and head only, anything besides that it wouldn't work.

Though, I presume it's better now, since I miss a lot less. I also think it's possible it's caused by the BYOND update.

This issue happened to me before as well. The fix is to update your byond to the latest version, and poof, problem solved.
