Bug Description:Ok the situation is unknown body in chest so what do you do? Scalpel->hemo->Retract->Saw-> Retract->Hemo till everything is out right? Wrong! At the step where you should be getting the "you poke around in the chest with the hemo" You're suddenly autistic and don't know how you can usefully use that tool here, Now you are sitting there looking incompetent because there is a hidden step somewhere that not even on the wiki that involves either the hemo or retractor. Feel free to repeat the surgery all you want it but you wont be able to do it. This has only happened to me 3 times all with unknowns in chest. Can you fix this inconsistent step?
steps to reproduce:
1.Have an unfortunate victim with unknown body in chest .
2.The normal surgery steps.
Hidden random surgery step that rarely but does happen.

Weird, i will see if i can replicate this for myself, but i think this is a bug of "you failed to start the surgery", but we will see.

No. The only message displayed is you cant find a useful way to use this here. No matter how many times you spam it or redo it. It has to be unknown body in chest that isn't an alien embryo. I wanna say this bug is caused by a certain ammo type.

Is it shrapnel? I believe you don't need to retract>saw to get the shrapnel out but i'm not sure.

More details on this bug would be nice. Did you check if the chest was bleeding during the surgery?

Yes this is normal shrapnel 40 Dmg chest no bleeding just there. Like i said you can follow the wiki but you won't be able to use the tool. I would of gotten more info but all the times i had this problem the xenos would board and rush medbay while an admin and I are troubleshooting what it could be. I know i did the step once after the retractor at some point i used hemo again and got a surgery message that was different than normal but i didn't have time to remember it. The admin at the time kinda knows but i forgot his name. Try inquiring among the admins for knowledge of this?
