Emote whilst unconscious.

Bug Description:
You can perform emotes whilst unconscious, like *scream, *salute, *medic and such. You can also use the /me command, which is powergaming as you are not supposed to be able to even speak whilst unconscious.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be unconscious.
2. Perform emote such as *clap or *medic or any given text following /me command.
3. Emote or /me command plays, whilst unconscious.
