Remove Cargo Fluff (example:Collectors Hats)

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Remove irrelevant options such as 'collectable hats' which would never be ordered during military operations and exist only for griefers to use.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less potential for griefing CTs and ROs. More realistic setting.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): See above

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Remove the option from the code, literally a 30 second job.

What do you mean by griefing? How does it cause griefing?

There is no justification for having something like this on a medium roleplay server.

I'd like it to be kept in the code and around, but optionally toggled off or something like that from all military-grade consoles (Keep it for civies/planetside perhaps?).
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

I'm all up for this. Also, is really 200 points for collectible hats? By god, wasting. . .those. . .points.

I honestly never understood why we included such useless orders such as collectible hats in the first place. Such things are no doubt grief magnets if left unchecked.

It's already bad enough when cargo wastes money on illigal booze and drugs for no logical reason other than "because why not?", it is worse to have something that can instantly break the bank and salt up everything in a single click.

I've been getting in on those cases. So far, no one ever just grabs a bottle of booze from the Captain's Lounge, or space drugs from chemistry.
