Bug Description: If I get blood or have an item out it shows up on the sprite visible while cloaked
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go invisible
2. get shot at/be bleeding/take an item out
3. Item will be visible/blood will be visible.

Most likely caused by refactor of icon updates. Confirmed.
