Dissapearing lockers in Brig

Bug Description:

When opening brig lockers, the locker vanishes. The object is no longer listen in that location upon a right-click, leaving the prison jumpsuit and shoes on the ground. However, when the timer is set for the cell, the locker reappears. When unlocked, then opened, it once again disappears, even as the timer remains set.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Click Locker when cell is open and the locker is unlocked. It should vanish
2. Set a time for the cell and activate it. Works when activating with zero seconds on the clock. Locker should reappear.
3. Unlock the locker. The locker should still exist. Left click again, and it vanishes.
