Genetic Hand bug

Bug Description: If you have genetic damage and you can't move your hand, you can still use it to get shotgun ammo from the boxes


Steps to reproduce:
1. Have a genetically damaged hand that you can't move
2. Get a box of slugs or buckshot in your other hand that is functional and then swap back to the damaged hand
3. Be amazed as you click on the box and the slugs/buckshot shells pop into your hand, and you can put them in your backpack or belt like normal
