Bug Description: Title, was strapped into a roller bed after being defibbed. A doc was dragging the roller around and I was getting spammed with X wounds worsen after being dragged!
Steps to reproduce:
1. (Optional) Defib someone
2. Put them on a roller bed
3. Potentially grab them instead of the roller bed due to new pull mechanics and watch as their wounds worsen
Being strapped to a roller doesn't prevent 'wounds worsen from Dragging!'

Pretty sure this only happens when you pull the buckled mob instead of the roller bed (something you couldn't do before the update). Fix coming soon.
