Anti-resist weakness

Bug Description:
Not sure if either:
A) Being too weak shows or present no prompt saying you can't do any action.
B) Being too weak simply disables all actions from being done, despite the fact you would normally resist or something similar.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Take crit-level dmg and ooze blood everywhere.
2. Stabylize in a nest or similar.
3. Find out you're unable to resist, stuck to stand still forever as you cry for mercy.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.

The only thing that was changed recently is that you can't resist when stunned (can't move), weakened(can't move and drop down on the ground) or paralysed. Which I find prefectly reasonable.
We could add a warning message when the player is unable to resist I guess.
