Marine Vent Crawling - Engineer Initiated

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Allow Engineer's the ability to pop vents for Marines to travel through... with risks.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Unique flanking opportunities... escapes... and !fun! FF opportunities.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): create a venting system similar to the Almayer, almost like a tunnel system.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): New Z level for Big Red?

-1 if you mean those mini pipes, because xenos (T1s and T2s) have more flexibility with movement, so I can see why they would be able to vent crawl through those narrow pipes. Humans on the other hand can't just squeeze into any little crevice they want AND move freely.

+1 I have no idea why I like this other than adding an Alien: Isolation meme, maybe re sprite the pipes, xenos shouldn't even be able to fit in them, A T1/2 xeno is bigger than a human any way unless your name is Francis.

I'd be smart to raise the skill-bar for MT's having to crawl in those ducts to access systems.

EDIT: Perhaps a fully armored marine with a bulky rifle wouldn't be able to fit in such confined spaces?

Uh no, we just closed a bug about marines being able to crawl in pipes.
