Bug Description: Back before the Almayer days, the dropship had a flight optimization option to cut short its travel time. DS1 and DS2 are missing those options now.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Join the round as someone with dropship console access.
2. Click on the dropship console in the cockpit.
3. Wish that the button was still there to upload your flight path.
