Bicaridine doesn't heal brute damage in severely brute damaged limbs.
Bug Description:
This occurred yesterday while playing as a Medic. Someone was lying on the floor in paincrit with one arm at 90 brute damage and no other damage except potentially minor oxygen damage from low blood. The arm had been gauzed/ATK'd prior to my arrival. I gave the patient bicaridine pills and manually checked their status with a scanner to confirm they were circulating through the patient's bloodstream, and even waited for all 15u of bicaridine to run through their system, but the arm never healed and stayed at 90 damage. I then fed the patient bicaridine again, with no effect, and then stuck them with a tricordrazine autoinjector, which DID start healing them.
As this behaviour isn't listed on the wiki and all other drugs work by removing damage no matter how much of it is localized where, it's possible that this is a bug involving severely brute damaged limbs. If not, I'd like to have this confirmed as working as intended so that medics don't despair when they get a patient with severely brute damaged limbs that've already been patched up and aren't healing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Damage one limb to 90+ brute damage.
1a. Heal them with gauze? Or something? Which prevents further application of ATK and also doesn't let the limb heal on its own?
1b. Have the patient be at 85% blood?
2. Take bicaridine.
3. The limb will remain at 90+ brute damage.
4. Take tricordrazine.
5. The limb begins healing.

I can confirm, I made a surgery, gave bicaridine and it didn't heal. I gave him like 30 units. And waited like 5 mins. No healing at all. Tricordazine was the solution as above. It was about 50-60 damage.

Can confirm. Bicardine does not heal at all currently.
EDIT- It never heals damage, my test was at 12.5 dmg, and I just got the tiny amount of natural healing.
