Announcements/megaphone get cut off if more than 2 lines

Bug Description: Recently, after having not been CO for awhile, I decided to jump into the role and try my hand at leading. However, as I later discovered, I noticed that my announcements were not coming out properly, often cutting off if I made anything that was more than 2 lines of text. I swear this isn't intended, but maybe you can correct me?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be CO and prepare an announcement
2. Write an announcement that is 3 lines long
3. Notice how your announcement gets cut off in the middle, leaving a confusing mess.

Edit: Update, I also noticed that the megaphone is also acting kinda strange. I know I shouldn't post more than one bug at a time, but still... They are both related to command, and having your speeches get cut off tends to lead to a lot of frustration and confusion.

I think the megaphone is also bugged too, I just had it cut me off as well..

I think a recent update fucked with the post sizes for those two
