unable to write

Bug Description:
Joined as corporate liaison and found that whenever I wrote something down it would not appear on the page, Simply put, script would not save meaning I have nothing to fax weyland with.

Steps to reproduce:
1.click on paper with pen.
2.write something down and press okay
3.find that nothing you have written has saved
