Simulation/Ghost Firing Range

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
A little yard or thing like that on an inaccessable Z-Level with weapons, targets, and other things. A few still/moving targets, and an attachment station?

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
This will allow people to determine how things function without messing up ingame. Things like rocket explosion ranges, viability of certain attachments etc.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
There'd be an opt in, how one can join as a xeno or hellhound or things like that. In the range would be a few venders that dispense armor, weapons, etc. Players could test weapons on each other if needed? If they die, the body'd explode or otherwise be removed.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Maybe a system similer to Bays Actors? Use a verb, go through a prompt. Spawn in.

would generate extra attack logs for the staff to deal with, and could potentially be a massive source of powergaming, -1

This was literally denied yesterday.
CM was obviously inspired by Starcraft: Ghost opening. At least when marines takes too long to deploy.
