Intent wheel doesn't shows in quarters

Bug Description:
Old wheel showed in 4 sections.
New wheel swaps between all intents one after the other.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a xenomorph.
2. Check your intent.
3. Swap intent (Swaps to next icon).

I thought this was a bug, since xeno starts with a help intent hud that's not the 4 section wheel, and after clicking the button once the wheel appears. So I made the non wheel sprite the default for xenos.

I actually legitimately prefer the 4-wheel. Since 4-wheel allows to select AND cycle quickly any intent.

The non-wheel one is rather... Inconvenient. (Although I like it anyway). If it could be made the other way around it'd be amazing considering I rather like more possibilities over less.

I prefer the new wheel, since it actually helps me get used to using the hotkeys for selecting intents and also know more clearly which intent I have chosen.

Can we just get a toggle somehow? This seems completely like a personal taste sorta thing.
