[Forum suggestion] Topics sorted by date are sorted by the TOPIC'S release date

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Rather than the forum's default sorting method to sort by most recent update (includes replies), a new option that sorts by the actual post's release date is added

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and gameFORUMS as a whole):
When browsing forums such as suggestions, it will be much easier to determine which posts are new, rather than which ones have just been commented on.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Simply add the search and filter function 'sort by upload date' or add it if it didn't already exist. Then, simply code it so it reads the upload date of the topic rather than the date of the most recent comment.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Wouldn't know how to do it *just* yet. But I'll get some pseudocode soon (tm)

Perhaps make another option to sort it by the post's release date? Sorting it by the last person who commented can help determine which suggestions are relatively more popular / relevant than others.

I would only support this if you change the suggestion to it being an OPTION to sort by release date.
