Decrease the delay between pressing T and the say textbox appearing

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
If you hit the key T, or type in just say/me/ooc in the commandbar to open up a textbox, that textbox takes a while to appear, often up to half a second.
If this doesn't rely on the tickrate I suggest that the delay should be decreased as much as possible because it's important that we get to speak freely and without a delay, especially given how CM often relies on getting information through quickly while in combat.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
You don't accidentally move because you started typing before the textbox pops up
People can type faster in tight combat situations

Textbox needs to appear instantly rather than after a half second delay

Not here to bash your suggestion, just to tell you this if you didn't already know: pressing space after typing "say" allows you to type your message without a textbox and is much easier imo.

That's reliant on tickrate. When it takes a second, you're lagging.

Resolved I believe, due to this being a problem with lag not a feature.
