Isolation chamber bugged

Bug Description: If you try to open the isolation room on the Almayer, within the Secbay, by using the button, nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Be Security.
2. Click "isolation shutters" button next to Iso room.
3. See that nothing happens.

I think everyone in security knew, but thought that admins already knew about this bug and didn't bothered to post it. At least that's what happend with me :P

Can confirm, thought this was already known but I don't think anybody can access the isolation room.
