Infinite cigarettes

Bug Description:
If you give yourself a cigarette by aiming at the mouth and clicking yourself with a cigarette pack in your hand, you get the cigarette, but no cigarette is actually removed from the cigarette pack.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Buy a cigarette pack
2. Click on yourself with the cigarette pack in your hand and while aiming at your mouth
3. You have a cigarette in your mouth, but no cigarette was removed
