Bug Description:
I think there is no way to get the shell from chamber except for firing the shotgun. This prevents putting the shotgun back into the vendor after pumped.

Is it an option to readd unloading with pumping as it worked initially? Now the second pump does nothing just complains that there is already a chambered round. If pumping would unload unspent shells it would also be possible to load the shotgun with alternating slug and buckshot and pump once or twice to choose the correct one.

That does seem to be an issue with shotguns specifically, although I'm pretty sure the generic "unload from chamber" option should allow you to clear the chambered shell

Does this verb even apply to shotguns? I thought it was tied to the unique-action verb which is pump shotgun for shotguns?
