AP ammo on back order

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Due to recent UPP advancements and their use of heavy armor, AP ammo has been in short supply. The Almayer graciously sent its supply to aid in the war effort.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Less players having their heads/limbs/etc blown off.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): limit AP ammo to RO only/SL vendor only. They can hand it out if necessary, Apone style.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Remove AP from all Vendors. Except maybe RO and SL vendors. At least until Greytide is over? Creates an opportunity for more RP, too.

I believe, something like that was suggested before and was denied. Neutral on this, because last time I was shot by APs were 3 to head, 4 to chest in two tries from my own Bravo Squad Leader. (btw, I somehow wasn't dead, just in paincrit from that. Probably my armor was blessed that day by CM Random).

If you need more AP ammo, place your empty magazines into the vendor to refill them.
