Rail flashlight + scabbard on back + b18 armor lights

Bug Description: When shotgun with flashlight in scabbard and suit lights are on - lights not working at all. And suit light disables after dropping weapon with rail flashlight



Steps to reproduce:
1. Turn on lights on b18 armor. Turn on lights on shotgun. Insert shutgun into scabbard on back.
2. Weapon rail flashlight is disabling OR
3. Both Lights are not working at all. If weapon dropped.

Fixed, putting a shotgun with rail light into a scabbard no longer break the lighting.
