Also I stumbled onto this yesterday but you can have binocs in one hand, a onehanded weapon in the other, zoom in on binocs, and switch hands and shoot and not lose the zoom. This excuse being used for what is essentially a gameplay balance change (that I'm totally fine with - we SHOULDN'T be relying on gimmicky stuff like wield quickdraws that can be cheesed with external macroing like mouse macros and AHK) is really, really paper thin.

Currently, we have a delay after taking a weapon in both hands. What i suggesting is applying a delay after you pick up weapon/take it from your armor slot, so you wont be affected by it while just running around wielding/unwielding your gun.
Oh right. Fair enough.

Can you clarify that?
You will never be as bad as the baldie who picked up a tactical shotgun while a hunter was pouncing on top of a CMO for 4 seconds, with his only response being to pace around before being decap'd by said hunter. You are not Brett Kimple, and you never will be. You are not the reason why I regular MP.

One hand has binoculars, the other hand has a onehanded weapon like SMG or gyro rifle or whatever. Switch hand to binocs and activate them to zoom in. Switch hands to SMG. You're still zoomed in. Fire SMG.

We were not aware this issue existed with binoculars

Expect it to be fixed promptly

With this, I guess we can veer back on topic, whatever is left of it

probably worth locking, this is less of a discussion and more of a 'here's why we did this and why it isn't changing you numpty'

Gotcha. As we've said, we won't do a full revert, so no need to drag this on
