Bug Description:
There is no nanopaste in the surgery rooms, make it impossible to repair the guy with the robo heart.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to repair someones synth pump.
2.Look for nanopaste.
3.Find none.

Additionaly replacing someone's heart also doesn't work because removing the heart inmidietly applies the 300 toxin damage (which was put in to prevent people surviving chestbursts) making it impossible to then revive the patient.
If you ever wonder when did I really start hating incompetent people read Crab Spider's signature... I was that CMO.
