Allow the Pilot to Lock Shuttle Doors

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Add the ability to control the DS's shutters from the cockpit. Even an "on/off" switch would work, but ideally it could be a little more granular- On/off, Pilot override on/off (If on, a passenger activating the switch in the passenger cabin has a slight delay and gives the pilot a chance to cancel it), and maybe even individual side controls for shutters (port, starboard, rear, cockpit).

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Gives the pilot a little more control over who and/or what gets on or off the shuttle and when, without having to get out of the pilot's chair. Over the course of successive drops, a pilot gets a sense of the ongoing state of a landing pad- For instance, if the xenos are harassing the right side of LZ1 despite the left side being a completely secured FOB. Marines tend to rush out the closest door or, if they see a xeno, open it and fire- Allowing the xeno to board the shuttle. Giving the pilot control over the shutters will ensure that he can use his better knowledge of the situation to help keep his ship safe.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): Not a coder, but should be relatively simple. The 'pilot override' would be a 5-10 second delay from a passenger hitting the shutter open/closer button during which the pilot could click an 'override' prompt on the DS's control screen, temporarily disabling the shutter controls for about 20 seconds. This would ensure that if there is no pilot the marines can still work the shutters, but if there is a pilot he will have the final say.
