New Powerloaders ID addition

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
You cant ID lock them or prevent people ejecting you and using them for no reason or other purposes
The old powerloaders prevented this sort of issue

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
1.Be in a powerloader trying to move stuff about

2.Boots or civves appear for no reason and start messing with your powerloader and potentially placing supplies in places they will be destroyed at

3.attempt aimlessly to keep them from destroying equipment and the powerloader by getting them out and then getting in and being thrown out again.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Lets MTs work and do their duty along with POs without worrying about someone randomly messing with their organised supplies
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Add a simple ID checking system which can either be mapped in with certain ID requirements or be modifiable in-game somehow

Requesting dev review because I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but it makes it incredibly easy for people to grief.

nothing more annoying than some boot unstrapping you whilst your trying to reload, also xenos can also unbuckle you, so +1

The Xeno Queen couldn't unbuckle Ripley, why can Young Runner (420) unbuckle me? +1

She couldn't do it because she apparently didn't know how to.

Also, that scene was written lazily

+1 Had a round where a survivor decided to place equipment at landing pads, trying to get them deleted. ID locks would be good.

This too. When any Joe Smoe can operate such equipment, you end up with Joe Smoes who think it's funny to space an exosuit (this somehow happened once) or shoot it to smithereens. I'd rather it be ID locked to CTs and MTs.
