Bug Description: If you get tackled/downed while in a powerloader, you can't use the clamps in any way.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Get into a powerloader.
2. Get tackled successfuly by a xenomorph.
3. Try to use the clamps in anyway. (ex: Loading cargo, Unloading cargo, attacking)

Do you mean you can't use the clamp AFTER the stun wears off? Or do you somehow think you should be able to use the clamps while stunned by a xeno?

During the tackle or you are downed for whatever reason, you cannot use the clamps at all, which makes no sense as it's not a stun, it's a downing move.
