Bug Description: See title.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Equip medical rig belt.
2. Attempt to fill it.
3. Realize you can only store 13 items and will forever have this one empty slot.
Medical rig only has 13 slots.

Are you sure you're not simply putting big items in the belt which fills the belt with less than 14 items?
