Commanders can play midis

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Commander has the ability to play a midi

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): Marine players will feel rejuvenated when the correct midi is played at crucial times during the round. For example - Playing - "When you know the reasons why" song on the infamous 2nd wave to retake the planet, the players will enjoy their moment of glory.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): The commander will have a list of midis able to be played from the verb tab. However to keep the server sane, the commander will have a limited number of times he can use a midi.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): No idea.

Sadly the server ATM isn't setup to have Jukeboxes to play internal music to the server.

I like the idea if it can be added. Give it proper limits and make it a rule that CO's are expected to not abuse the feature and I think it would be a neat thing to have.

The only people who I'd see getting upset about it would be the people who are all muh immersions but they'd be fools for not having midis muted if they feel that way.

+1 if a way to do this is possible.
