Marine UAV Operator

Summary: Alright, so in Modern Military most Recon Squads have this friendly little fellow called the 'UAV Drone Operator' and his/her job is to fly around a remote control Drone to scout what's up ahead, behind, or sideways of a Squad's position. What I'm asking for is a Job In-game that allows a Marine to deploy and control a UAV Drone of sorts.

Benefits:
- Tactical Gameplay (Can it be?!??)
- Infomation Gathering Tool for the Marines. (Something that they lack outside of Scopes)

Details:

The UAV can be destroyed by Prae or Elite Spitter acid spit and has a 30% chance to miss the nimble drone.

One Destoryed the UAV Operator has to get the wreckage back to repair it, or order another from Cargo and link it to his systems.

Implementation: Not sure if this is possible with BYOND Noodle Code.

Literally just a shot in the dark, extra suggestions to this Suggestion are suggested.

Very good idea. But i don't see it working with the Colonial Marines overall astetic of being stuck in the Vietnam era with futuristic ships and such. Plus the UAV would likely be a nightmare to code, freaking neat as hell though.

-1 for aesthetics, but should be easy enough to code.

(spawn low-health mob, IC verb to switch ckey to it, verb to switch ckey back to operator, autoswitch if operator hurt.)
