Coif for PO.

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): As you know, POs at the Ice map don't get a coif, so when they are landing they are getting head damage.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole): POs won't get problems with patching up their head every time and because of this delaying departing and spending ointment/bandages.

+1. Almost every round in ice colony as cargo staff, PO goes in the line and asks for a coif even though cargo doesn't have any.
