Some Hats go Invis When Flipped
Bug Description: Some hats don't flip properly, go invisible and cannot be taken off without another player taking it off. In this case an RO cap was AHelped as being such.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put on RO Cap
2. Flip it backwards
3. Be amazed as it pulls a houdini
