Bug Description:
Flipping a cap makes it invisible?
Steps to reproduce:
1. I was an RO, I flipped a cap that was equipped and it vanished.
2. The cap was the starter cap for the RO, the Requisitions officer baseball cap.
3. It is unselectable and untargetable.
