Runners can hide under catwalks

Bug Description:
Runners using the hide-verb can hide under catwalks on the Almayer. Considering that catwalks are essentually used as a floor tile, they become near-impossible to see in almost every hall on the ship.

Weeds are affected in a similar way, with them growing under the catwalk. Makes it a complete nuisance to clear.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go runner.
2.Go somewhere on the Almayer with catwalks.
3.Use the hide-verb.

Or:

1. Go drone
2. Go somewhere on the Almayer with catwalks.
3. Place weeds. The sac stays in the right layer, the weeds will not.

On the almayer, the catwalk is used as an asthetic feature to make the floor look nice. The way it has been designed makes the catwalk seem like it is just a floor tile you can see the wires under.

However, the tiles are bugged in the following ways:

A. Runners can hide under them. This is akin to a runner hiding under a floor tile between the plating and the wires. That doesn't make sense.

B. Weeds will grow under the catwalk. While it does make sense for this to be the case, it becomes a nuisance to clear as a marine since it is under such a cumbersome catwalk sprite.

So no, it isn't invalid. Because it doesn't seem like a design feature for runner aliens to melt into the floor and become near-impossible fo see.

The weed clearing point is valid, but I believe runners are intended to hide under catwalks. Seems like a different bug is to be addressed here instead. I'll let the devs answer once they get to this.
