Mk 74 railgun detail inaccuracy

Post by Terminutter » 23 Jul 2017, 17:05

Bug Description: The 0.75cm/140 Mark 74 Genera Atomics railgun is a mainstay of the Almayer, a fantastic piece of kit. As the name, and part of the description claim, it fires rounds with a diameter of 0.75cm. However, later on in the description, it claims that it fires rounds with a diameter of 3/4 of a metre, or 75cm. Such an inaccuracy must be dealt with immediately, to avoid marines going mad at the contradictory information, as they are unable to understand such a thing.

Also, if it is 75cm in diameter, some baldie WILL try strapping themselves to a shell...

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to starboard side of lower deck of the Almayer
2. Examine one of the railguns

I wouldn't want to be shot with some 75cm ammunition.

Excuse me, but this gamebreaking and immersion busting bug in such a frequently visited area of the ship is causing real problems to many of us marines, I am literally shaking.

The Swcheer Gustav fires 80Cm shells the size of train cars, this is 5cm less.

Us plebians are restricted from deleting threads in this particular subforum, I'm afraid! We can try, but all that comes up is an error message.
