*Plasma emote for Aliens

Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):
Title says it all really. Marines can call for a medic which makes a sound and leaves a visible message, and as I often only really play alien I notice that simply asking for plasma whilst standing between two boilers doesn't really get their attention all that frequently. A *plasma emote could fix that.

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
QOL improvement for aliens who are hurt or low on plasma.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
Perhaps a distinct hiss/growl for it. A (purple? green?) message in text that might be a slightly bigger size than other messages. A 10-20 second frequency limit on the plasma request to stop annoying spam that a distinct sound and a colored sized message would give. A icon appearing over the requesting xeno's head to indicate who in the crowd is in need of some sweet alien juice.
Optionally a dialogue that asks for just how much plasma you want, so a boiler doesn't give you 800 while all you need is 90 as a runner.

Pretty much the same as the medic emote, but for aliens.
