Bug Description:The Syringe gun in the Research department of upper medical is for EXO-Suits only. Meaning it has no use for researchers unless they can get an EXO-suit.
Steps to reproduce:
1: Spawn as a researcher.
2: Try to use syringe gun for experiments. Can't load it.
3: Cry because you don't have the exo-suit required for the syringe gun.

Unfortunately we're not getting exosuits because we can't be trusted.

I'm pretty sure that this is because it is not implemented yet. It's coming during the researcher update, I am pretty sure.
