Bug Description:
You can only add a puch when you're wearing a belt, but the puch will still be there even after you remove your belt. Therefore that whole you Need your belt Thing can be overriden.
Steps to reproduce:
1.Wear belt
2.Put pouch in pocket
3.Remove belt
Magazine pouchs till there after belt removal
