Synthetic lungs can't get removed

Bug Description:
As title says, synthetic lungs can't get removed after cutting them, every time you try to hemostat the lung out after cutting it, you are prompted a choice to remove a organ (lung in this case) and proceeds to remove the lung, but it does not actually remove them.

This means if you have detached the lung, you can't replace it and constantly take oxygen damage as though you don't have a lung, which is pretty critical.

This may or may not be a issue with other organs, but haven't actually tested them out.

Steps to reproduce:
No reason to give detailed instruction on reproducing.
Start operation on patient, get to organ removal part, try to hemostat the organ out.

##Context##

Basically, in a round some researcher replaced a person's lung with synthetic version of it but didn't reattach either.

so the marine was constantly gasping and taking oxygen damage so I decided to operate on them, started the organ removal/transplant procedure, then found myself on endless lung removing loop.

TheSpoonyCroy did some admin magic and removed the lung so I put a new one in, which didn't work for some reason, and when I tried to remove the lung again, I wasn't able to remove it once again.

He removed it again then I made a bio lung instead and attached it then there was no problem.

Did some further testing and can confirm that you can't pull out any synthetic organs at all...



Also side bug that I found was you can't put the synthetic eyes,brains, or kidneys in their proper locations and you can only put them in a person's chest. Where they don't really register. (but yeah this is a bug that is completely unrelated to the topic at hand)
