Squad Engineers still spawn with magazine pouches in their vendor

Bug Description: Magazine Pouch still in their vendor


Steps to reproduce:
1. See it in the vendor
2. It ain't supposed to be there
3.

I was told by an admin to report this because these got replaced by general pouches.

The only mag pouch that was removed is the light one aka 1-slot mag pouch for PFCs, because you can now keep that one mag a general pouch.

So yeah, close it.
