Bug Description:
Basically I wanted to get powerloader into upper level of almayer somehow, so I tried climbing up then getting into the power loader, but it doesn't do anything and the ladder gets stuck and says somebody else is currently using the ladder.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start climbing.
2. Get in powerloader.
3. Watch as ladder doesn't function.
