Bug Description: be litterally any human (Don't know about xenos), and be unable to use the Me" verb.


Steps to reproduce:
1. join the round
2. try to smile or nod with the me" command
3.Drown yourself in sadness, because it doesn't work.

Fortunately, this bug occurred only in one round, where both the verb "Me" and d-chat were not working.

Now, this bug is no longer happening, so this report will no longer be useful.
