Bug Description: Attempting to force open the Science wing blast doors with a crowbar, while the power is offline, results in the 'door open' animation playing, but the blast door remains closed irrespective.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Attempt to crowbar open the science blast doors while science is depowered.
2. Watch as the animation plays for the door opening but the door remains closed.

Also might I add that I believe this applies to all those types of blastdoors, I think it's even a thing on Big Red, and LZ2 for Ice Colony.
