Tails are royally bugged

Bug Description: The tail icon doesn't update when a tail is relaxed, tails will relax without any notification eg when clicking on a tile it will relax even with enough plasma but will not notify you.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use tail
2. try to click on someone with tail ready and instead click a tile, the tail will relax without letting you know.
3. Icon doesn't update when it relaxes.

If you're playing hunter or runner, pouncing will automatically relax your tail without a notification.
