Bug Description: Used to be that the infected HUD element took precedent over the death marker but that is no longer the case. If a host dies while it is infected then there is nothing distinguishing it from a regular dead host and this leads to aliens un-nesting infected hosts all of the time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Infect badly injured Host
2. Host dies
3. Be forced to guard dead hosts even more closely than living ones beacause of runners coming by and un-nesting them repeatedly.
Dead infected hosts no longer marked infected
