When deafened, names of people speaking become usernames

Bug Description:

If you are deafened and someone talks, instead of their character name being used, their username is.

Example: 'Kiyomi Mizokuri says something but you can't hear her' becomes 'hyperpwner says something but you can't hear her'

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Become deafened, either by a flashbang or an explosion.
2. Have another person speak
3. See chat

I couldn't get screencaps due to an update causing my PC to restart.

I think this also happens to aliens of different casts who try talk without using the hivemind command.

This is fixed in the Alpha, but I might poke around in the live code and see if I can find a quick fix.
