Bug Description:
So Logistics lockers it can be opened with any level of access.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Get any id
2) Click the locker
3) hay presto the locker is unlocked

Holds true for every locker on the Sulaco. Even the Commander's locker. Not even sure if you need an ID.

Fixed. Everything besides LO's and commander's lockers should be unlocked.
